Investment Sales & Disposition
Helping owners evaluate value, tenancy, condition, timing and the likely buyer pool before taking an investment property to market.
Metro Atlanta Commercial & Investment Real Estate
I help owners, landlords, owner-users and small investors evaluate, lease, acquire and dispose of commercial and investment property across Metro Atlanta.
Start With the Objective
Commercial real estate sits inside a broader business plan. A landlord may be deciding whether to renew, reposition or sell. An owner-user may be comparing occupancy costs against a purchase. An investor may be evaluating income, condition, tenant risk and the likely exit.
My role is to help organize those questions into a workable real estate strategy—and then execute it.
How I Help
Helping owners evaluate value, tenancy, condition, timing and the likely buyer pool before taking an investment property to market.
Helping small commercial landlords position available space, evaluate tenant fit, negotiate business terms and move the lease process toward execution.
Helping buyers evaluate properties against operational needs, investment goals, condition, market value and longer-term strategy.
Supporting small investors with acquisition and disposition decisions involving residential income property and small portfolios.
A Business Owner’s Perspective
Before entering real estate, I spent more than two decades in business ownership. That background shapes how I look at commercial property today.
I want to understand the objective, the cash-flow implications, the risks, the alternatives and the execution path—not just whether a property can be listed or a deal can be written.
When tax, legal, financing or 1031-exchange questions require specialized advice, I work alongside the client’s appropriate professional advisors.
Before We Market or Acquire
Why this property, and why now?
Income, terms, rollover and tenant considerations.
Deferred maintenance, capital needs and presentation.
Likely buyers, tenants, comparables and competition.
What has to happen for the strategy to work?

You do not need to have the strategy figured out before you call. Start with the property and the business objective. We’ll work from there.
